Windows 10: A lot of problems lately

Hello! A few weeks ago i messed up my user folder and i almost fixed it but not totally. Since then i get a lot of problems... now i can't save anything in Local Disk C:\ because i get an error which says that i don't have administrator privileges but i do. Is is a good idea if i reinstall my windows?

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

My Windows 10 is missing a lot of features.

Method 1: Try the followings steps to run System maintenance troubleshooter:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click “System and security”
  
• 
  Select "System maintenance"
  
• 
  Click next to run the troubleshooter.
  
  
  
  Method 2: I suggest you to install all the available updates from Windows update and check again.
