Windows 10: A microsoft live support agent said I have corruptions on my computer

Discus and support A microsoft live support agent said I have corruptions on my computer in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; [ATTACH] He opened up event viewer and said that these are corruptions (administrative events tab) I was shocked that he just lied to me...     Is It safe to Share Microsoft Product ID with Microsoft Live Chat Agent?

    I contacted Microsoft support through Live Chat. The chat agent was asking for My Microsoft product Id.

    Is it normal Procedure?
