    hi all


    any idea how to solves this.

    We need the Remote desktop(mstsc.exe) to connect to our school administration program and the provider from this system they say "as you system manager"


    Well that's me and i have tried to connect to our SIS from 5 different laptops with W10 1803 to 1809 and they all give me the same error(pic below)


    The SIS is provided to us from an 2012R2 server
