Windows 10: "A New Guard Page for the Stack Cannot be Created - system error" after starting assetto corsa

When i try to open assetto corsa from Steam "A New Guard Page for the Stack Cannot be Created - system error" pops up, this only applies to assetto corsa. Any other game works as they should.I have read different articles about how to fix this problem, but none of them worked, and i don't think it's my RAM, although I have upgraded it from 16gb to 32gb. Error: "A new guard page for the stack cannot be created"

When I open This PC in my device and scroll down then Windows Explorer resets and get closed. After reboot
into Safe Mode, doing that gives
"A new guard page for the stack cannot be created" error and Windows Explorer resets again. Curiously, switching the account solved the problem. Why this happens in this way? I searched on the Internet
and only found
this which didn't worked.

 

Assetto Corsa Content Manager Fatal Error

My Assetto Corsa Content manager keeps showing a Fatal Error instead of opening, right after downloading it.

The Error says: System.IO.FileNotFoundException:

[moved from de-de]

This morning my laptop has a white screen with a box containing this message: a new guard page for the stack cannot be created. At the top of the box is Phoneexperiencehost.exe System Error. My laptop is running Windows 10. It is completely frozen. I cannot turn it off. When I hold down the power button the screen stays white, the error box disappears and then reappears.
