    A new version of Paint apparently coming to Windows 10 as a Universal app

    Microsoft appears to be working on a Universal Windows 10 version of its Paint application. First spotted on Twitter by WalkingCat, the Universal Windows 10 Paint app was under the name “New Paint,” and now is named “Newcastle” in the Windows Store. Newcastle is unavailable to download, but the app listing is still present and just gives you a quick history of Newcastle United Football Club.

    Getting a previous version of MS Paint for Windows 10

    Can anyone help me get a previous version of MS Paint for Windows 10? The latest windows update apparently included an updated version of MS Paint that is not compatible with another application I am using.

    Current installed version is 10.0.15063.413 with a modify date of 6/3/2017 4:01 AM.

    Base language on my PC is Russian.

    Аll updates installed, and applications
    updated.

    Troubleshooting tool doesn't find any problems
