Windows 10: A PC keyboard problem.

Hello everyone. I have a problem, that i think nobody had. First of all, that is the Win button is always active when pressing only once, but Shift+Win helps. But. The second problem, the main one is that at a random moment, my keyboard starts to hold Alt, Shift and Win by itself, only Restarting PC helps, even though, that i havel the "Action selection" screen. We tried to switch through 3 keyboards, but nothing helped. The sticky keys is off. Maybe that's a PC software problem? I don't know. Any help appreciated!

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

Thank you for your reply. Does it work when you use an external keyboard? Please try the following steps:

1. Please try to press the FN + Num lock key and check if it will enable.

2. Right-click the Start Menu and choose Device Manager

Expand Expand Keyboards

Find your keyboard driver in the list

Right-click it and select Update

Select "Browse my computer for driver software"

Choose "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"

Select an older driver from the list and then click Next.

3. If the issue persists, I suggest that you download and install the keyboard driver model directly from your PC manufacturer's website. Thank you.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
