Windows 10: A Program (Ten Years Old) Began Failing With the Advent of Windows 10 Pasting Ordinary Text...

This product defect (I do not call them bugs anymore, they are product defects) has been troubling me for one year. I have reported it a dozen times. There seems to have been some attempt by Microsoft to fix the problem as the product defect is evident intermittently instead of constantly. This affects an application that I created. It generates a random password and pastes the password to the Clipboard. It is a simple matter for Windows 10 to move a few characters from one place in main memory to another place in main memory. And Windows 10 very often refuses to do it. I'm using C# and .NET FRAMEWORK. When it works it works. When it doesn't it doesn't. Am I disappointed in Microsoft's refusal to address simple problems like this one? More than disappointed. How about IIS (it has been accused by somebody who ought to know) allowing ransomware to destroy my audio streamer? That really got me ticked off.

After upgrading to Windows 10 Advent Web Cam is not working

When I upgraded to Windows 10 my Advent Web Cam would not work. Any suggestions?

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
