Windows 10: A question about a family account connectiong with Windows Device

Following the Microsoft instructions, I set up a family group and add my kid's accountage of 14 in the group. Then, I login the windows with his account, as the first picture showing below. I can see the Devicenamed 'HNGDTZWORK' in his Microsoft account as showing in the 2nd picture. However checking his Family Safety, the computer is not showed in the Screen Time---Windows Device showed in the 3rd picture and 4th picture. In this situation, The organiser can not restrict his time on computer and other functions. How can I connect the computer with his family safety account?

Microsoft Account Family Settings: There is an account in my family I didn't create

We appreciate the time and effort that you have invested in to fix the issue.

As per the above information, I suggest that you refer to the steps below and check if you are bale to remove the unknown account.

• Sign in at account.microsoft.com/family with your Microsoft account on any PC or device
• Click/tap on Remove under Adults in
  Your family
• Click/tap on the adult account you want to remove, and click/tap on Remove
• You (adult) and all other adults in family will now get an email confirming the adult has been removed from the family
