    I RECEIVED THIS SURFACE HEADPHONES AS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FROM MY KIDS, THEY PAID ABOUT $400 SO IT SHOULD BE STRONGER, FOR WHAT MY KIDS PAID. IT FELT TO THE FLOOR WHEN I WAS TAKEN IT OFF MY HEAD, IT BROCKED IN THE MIDDLE AND AT THE END WHERE IT HOLD THE LEFT SPEAKER.MY KIDS PURCHASED IT ON July 16, 2021, SO WARRANTY IS EXPIRED, I BEEN TRYING TO BUY A REPLACEMENT BAND TO REPAIRS IT, BUT MICROSOFT STORE AND ALL MARKET WEB SITE I'D VISITED SELLS PADS, CUSHION FOR THE HEADBAND BUT NOT THE HARD PARTS.ANY HELPS WOULD BE APPRECIATE.THANKS

    • What is the make and model of the headphone?


    This could be due to the change in Balance levels of the playback device. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

    • Right click the sound icon on the taskbar and choose
      Sounds      .
    • Select your headphone, and click on Properties.
    • Click on Balance under Levels
      tab, adjust Left and Right to the same levels.
    • Save the changes and check if the issue persists.
