Windows 10: A recent Windows update crashed my computer and caused major errors to appear .

Hello, yesterday an update came from Microsoft, so I downloaded it and it was stuck in the getting ready phase for almost 10 hours. When I forced the computer to shut down, everything was fine. However, I discovered three major problems with #1. Having trouble using the command line admin. #2 . Windows explorer showing this file does not have an app associated with it .................. and more #3 . There were also a number of very critical files that were missing/deleted. Right now, I'd like to get back my files as soon as possible without resetting my computer. I did a complete reinst
