Windows 10: A request for the USB device descriptor failed

Hello
I have a USB device (X.Vision PCDVB-3100)
It work properly in Windows 8 and Windows 8.1
But now in Windows 10 when I connect it to USB port, The Windows give me this error:

“Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.”









How I can solve this problem?

My system is 64 Bit so should I try adding QWORD and if so what should be its name?

Probably the USB port cannot provide enough power to the device, so Windows cannot properly identify it. Try connecting it to a different USB port. If problem persist, the only solution is to use a powered USB hub that will provide the power necessary. Also some devices have problem working on a USB 3.0 port (blue), try using a USB 2.0 port (black).

I've tried different ports
My laptop does not have USB 2.0 port!
And a port of those can supply device with 1000mA current
In Windows 8 this device was working properly with the this ports!

 

USB shares power among the available ports. Try disconnecting other USB devices so most of the power is supplied to the device. Then it may have enough power to work properly. The solution is to use a powered USB hub. Not really convenient for a notebook, but it seems there is no other way.

 

Right click the entry in Device Manager and disable then enable it.
If that does not work, then right click and uninstall then at the top of the list (the computer name) right click and scan for hardware changes.
Failing that, go to the manufacturer's web site and see what they say,
