Windows 10: A Request Many Might Welcome...

After admittedly refusing to try W10, I finally decided to do so. I'm getting used to it but I have a serious request that would probably make sense to many, if not all users.

When one left clicks the Windows logo and "all apps", pretty please include in any future update, a widened scroll line!! I've enlarged the apps box but that darn scroll line is way too thin...and it doesn't need to be.

Anyone else with me on this? And thank you for any response from anyone...

Try check for a software update and it might be worthwhile requesting an up to date sim card if the present sim is so many years old.

Unfortunately no clues as to what device you are using apart from avatar, but might be worth checking if too many items in "Sent" folder.

 

You don't use a scroll wheel on the mouse?

 

cant you just use your mouse wheel?

 

My scroll line is exactly the right size for my computer.

 

Have you posted this idea/suggestion to the Windows feedback??

 

They should somehow, resurrect this feature:

 

I don't use the scroll line. I usually click a letter then click the first letter of the program I want. Sometimes I will click the Windows box and start typing the name of the program I want.

 

I think I've sent in over 100 suggestions pertaining to these kinds of features; I don't see it happening!

Just make yourself a custom Apps menu,

 

My scroll line is fine for my system but I always have used the wheel on the mouse.

 

Neither do I.. It's far from a priority issue for MS.

 

If you throw the suggestion into your waste paper basket, you have a better chance to get it fixed. In 30 years of operating system development I have never read a user suggestion - although there were boxes full of them.
