Windows 10: A Required Device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed Blue Screen of Death Solutions?

So, I took apart my pc to fix a problem with the power repeatedly turning on and off in second intervals and cleaned the parts while I was doing it. After putting the pc back together the power problem was fixed but I was met with the BSOD saying “A required device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed”. Followed by “Error Code: 0xc000000f”. When I press enter to try again I’m met with another screen saying “The application or operating system couldn’t be loaded because of a required file is missing or contains errors”. The same error code but just above that showing “File: \Windows\system32\wi

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.

 

Family Safety unlinking device doesn' t work

When I was just browsing trough the internet, I accidentally connected my laptop to my microsoft account. (I use 2 laptops and this one isn' t supposed to be connected to my account)

I have tried to search up ways to undo this, with no succes. It still shows up in my Microsoft Family Safety devices-list. I don' t know how to fix this.

It would be grately appreciated if someone could show me a way to do this.
