Windows 10: A required device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed. Error code: 0xc000000f

I don’t have a installation media. Any possible ways I could fix this?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Attempting the Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 7.

Received a "Recovery' screen:

A required device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed

Error code 0xc000000f

You’ll need to use recovery tools. If you don’t have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer. (of course, anything I have is for the old OS [W7] not W10)

There are three options presented:

Enter doesn’t work

F8 doesn’t work

F9 goes to: Automatic Repair

Then: Diagnosing your PC; Attempting Repairs; And then reboots back to the same screen.

Besides recovering my Windows 7 image, is there anything I can do? There isn't any information as to the identify of the required device.
