Windows 10: "A required privilege is not held by the client" on Windows 10 when trying to install *.exe...

The title says it all!

There's nothing more to add. Even when I try using "Run as administrator" I get the same thing. The problem persists with several executable files.

Hello. I am running Windows 10 on my PC and I have recently started getting an error message. The error occurs when I try to open some .exe files, but not all. The message reads "a required privilege is not held by
the client". I can`t find a solution, and I only found a couple of people who have the same problem.

I followed all the steps here but my problem has not been resolved.

When I try to run a new program (as Administrator) I get error

"A required privilege is not held by the client "

I'm using an ASUS laptop with Windows 10

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
