Windows 10: A semi-transparent window in the lower right corner of the screen

A few days ago, after turning on my computer, this small window appeared in the lower right corner. Nothing I've tried works, and there's no information on the internet about it. This window appears immediately after logging in to the system. Additionally, when changing the window, it may disappear for a few seconds but then reappears immediately.

If that semi-transparent bar is visible in BIOS, that indicates a problem with your screen, it is not Windows related, you will need to being your device to a PC shop to have the screen looked at.

There is a bug that some people have been reporting, click the Widgets icon on the left side of your taskbar to open the Widgets app, then close it again, does that remove that semi-transparent bar on your screen, if not, is the widgets pane the same size as that semi-transparent bar?

 

Vibrating Mouse Arrow & Transparent square in lower right hand corner of screen

I have Windows 10. My computer was in sleep mode today for 2 hours and when I returned there was a transparent square in the lower right hand corner of my screen (right by date/time and notes) that
contains a mouse arrow. Meanwhile since this has appeared, MY wireless Microsoft Mouse arrow, is vibrating and disappearing. The pointer in the square changes from arrow to finger as I use my wireless mouse, which is making my life increasingly difficult.
I changed the batteries and checked settings. Everything seems to be as it should be. Can someone help me resolve this, please?
