Windows 10: A single shortcut stopped working. How can i reenable it?

Hello,My "ctrl + w" shortcut stopped working yesterday. I did not mind it then thinking it would be fixed after a restart. Yet today it is not working again. My other shortcuts are working fine. And my "W" key is working fine as well. I must have disable it somehow but now i cannot get it work. How can I reenable "ctrl + w" shortcut?Thanks in advance.

This did not resolve the issue. There is no delay occurring when trying to use the keyboard shortcuts for bullet\numbered\lettered lists. These shortcuts simply are not working. Also, the Windows.old folder was not on my system so I did install the files
indicated in the article from the download. That also did not resolve the issue.

The basic commands do seem to work (single key + letter) but Subscript, superscript, does not work either.

Any other suggestions would be helpful.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.

• Enter the location of the item or tap or click Browse to find the item in File Explorer.
