Seeking thoughts and advice for a single user has to set up the monitors the first time they log in. But if another user logs into the workstation the single user has to set the monitors back up again. Deleting that users profile seems to help initially but the issue re-occurs eventually. We would like to know more about the issue, kindly clarify the following:

• Are you trying to set up this other user account on only one monitor but with a different set of mouse and keyboard?
  
• Are going to be using the same CPU on these four monitors?
  

If the above questions are true, the setup that you currently have is not possible. You would be needing to use a third party software and external additional hardware to separate the keyboard and the mouse.

• They will be using the same mouse and keyboard on the same PC.
• The only difference is when one user logs on it will use only 1 of the 4 monitors and when the other user logs on it will use 3 or all of the monitors what ever they choose

I have a PC with windows 10 setup with 4 monitors and multiple user accounts, I would like to know if it is possible to set certain user accounts to use only a certain monitor or monitors?

for example:

• One user just plays games so when they log on it doesn't turn on all the monitors but only one (a 42" TV).
• Another user, uses three monitors but has no need for the TV.

 

Current active users that are friends

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.
