Windows 10: A software that makes this Post messsage function ?

Count a time and sound when the countedtime finished then recount the same tiem counted before and make a sound when the time finsihes again; and that contnue this sequence all the time until pc gets inactive, i want Any software; that makes that function; it doesn´t matter if it is not from Microsoft Store; this software is for Windows 11 Pro Version 2022; Bogota -5 UTC time zone 20:32 pm with all the OS updates

unable to install bluetooth adapter driver software

As you are unable to install the software for the driver in normal mode, I suggest you to install the same in compatibility mode by following the steps provided below:

• Right click on the setup file of the software and select
  “Properties”.
• Select “Compatibility” Tab.
• Place a check mark next to“Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.
• Let the software install and then check thefunctionality.
