Windows 10: A Sony Recorder DVD Won't Download on Windows 11

Hello,I have a DVD that's about 10 to 15 years old that comes with my mini Sony Voice Recorder, which I use for work. Today, I tried to download the DVD to a new Windows 11 laptop and the message below popped up. I don't understand why because I'm able to download the same DVD on another Windows 11 laptop though that laptop is two years old. Still they're both Windows 11. The exact name of the DVD is: Sound Organizer Ver 1.1.1 by Sony. Does anyone know what's happening, and can you help? Thanks, Daffy D

Sony DVD+R

I have got Windows 10 in my computer and the DVD reader CAN read and download the videos I have recorded on DVD+R support EXCEPT the Sony ones.

Any idea of what the problem is?

 

My pc won´t boot Windows 10 from USB/DVD

So I wanted to change from my Windows 10 x32 bits to 64x. I downloaded the Mediacreationtool and used it in both a USB and a DVD. Tried used the usb, the disk and both at the same time but they won´t boot.

I have a P7H55-M motherboard, the BIOS is updated and configured to boot first DVD, second usb and third SATA.

So if someone could help me it´d be great.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check fi t helps

• 
  Press Windows + x, and select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select Auto play.
  
• 
  Under DVD select Blank DVD.
  
• 
  Click on Chose a Default.
  
• 
  Select Burn file to Disk File Explorer.
