Windows 10: A Task manager command line entry with "\??\" prefix, is this legit?

I was looking at my Task Manager and noticed "Console Window Host" process had a path of

"\??\Windows\System32\conhost.exe 0x4"


So my questions :


1. Is this a naughty entry? because when I use Process Explorer the properties look like my image.

2. is a Job Tab a dependency? While searching I found that a Job this was connected to was "NIVDIA Web Helper.exe" which was not available in the installed Program and Features as installed. So I deleted the NVIDIA file in it's location.

Unchecking the wrong thing in Autoruns can brick a system.

That will work indeed, however I need to run it from the SCCM Task Sequence's Run Command Line Step and I am not able to figure out how to do that.

Can we change line while executing command from SCCM Task Sequence's Run Command Line Step?
