Windows 10: A timeout was reached 30000 milliseconds while waiting for the Browser service to connect.

The Browser service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Hello. Can somebody explain me this i found in event viewer:"A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Steam Client"

"the service did not respond to start or control request timeline fashion "

Its because Steam was running too slow or what?

 

A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the WSearch service.

I like the features on Windows 10. My only gripe is that some things run really slow. iTunes literally takes 5 minutes to come up after you run it. If you try to access Disk Management, it takes 5-10 minutes before the disk volumes show up. Trying to
troubleshoot this, I have found the following error many times in the System Log:

A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the WSearch service.

I think fixing this might be the key to fixing the slowness. Can anyone help me get rid of this error?

Error, delay at Windows 7 logon. A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the MMCSS service.

User experienced unusual delay in logon time, Windows 7 pc. No recent application or hardware changes. Intermittent issue.
