It keeps asking me to "refresh the page" to see the changes! Which page and where??? Save function does not work and it keeps going back to the settings that were there as default.... -

I can't change my timezone because i'm not the administrator even though I am.
in Windows 10 GamingI can't change my timezone because i'm not the administrator even though I am.: I am trying to change my time zone from pacific to mountain time but I can't do it.
