Windows 10: A translucent box on screen windows 11

This translucent box keeps showing up on my screen after working for a while on my laptop. It's really annoying and within the range of the box nothing works clicks and scrolling and after a while when I move my cursor to this box it's starts showing a loading icon on that particular section only. If anyone knows the reason and solution please help. Thanks in advance

Custom (Translucent) Screen Saver?

adding a custom screen saver to windows 10 seems pretty straightforward, and there's no shortage of sites dedicated to screen saver downloads, but is there such a thing as a translucent screen saver that, once it kicks in, allows your desktop to still be visible, albeit behind the translucent screen saver?

windows 10 desktop installs don't seem to offer the "dim display after" feature found in laptop installs, and it's a feature i would really like for my desktop, i.e. i want the screen to dim after x amount of minutes, not turn off or be replaced by a screen saver that covers my desktop, i want to still be able to see my desktop, but just barely...

so i was wondering if this could be accomplished by using a "translucent" screen saver? is this possible? or do screen savers completely replace the desktop, i.e. it doesn't matter if they're translucent or not, the desktop won't be visible once the screen saver kicks in?

 

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
