Windows 10: a virus is causing my microsoft account to open during the end of a full scan of windows...

I originally had a virus from oneloupe zip I downloaded because I wanted a version of windows magnifier that had better picture quality because I wanted to play games at 6k over two tv's. I think the virus its called noaiml. nml or something. I reinstalled the operating system. it may be caused by nml but I don't know how to get rid of it as windows defender doesn't have a quarantine folder. I did a scan of windows defender and when opening microsoft edge. the system froze and I was scanning around 678000 files. a lot of those came from temporary internet files and all the images that the orig

We currently offer two products for all of our users: McAfee's Scan and Repair andMicrosoft's Security Essentials.

Microsoft Exclusion List for Anti-virus

Apparantly, Microsoft posted a list of files that can be "Excluded" from any Anti-Virus that you use to help with scanning performance.
