Windows 10: A voice is reading out all the messages in minecraft?!?!

So i was just playing minecraft and i think i activated a window voice. It reads out all of the messages on minecraft and nothing else. I dont think its a minecraft option and i think it was a windows option. Please tell me how to stop it. Thanks in advance*Smile

Following some suggestions on another web site I downloaded and selected US English and the Region of the US (which presumably enables Cortana for those not located in the US at this moment in the release cycle). In any case, after that my phone does indeed
read messages allowed. I did follow your suggestion today (below) in order to solidify my new success.

or in Windows Phone 8.0 (So without Cortana) "Use Speech when the phone is locked" is ommited, please make sure that it is ticked."

Windows Phone 8.1. Nokia 925

My settings in speech are set to "read all messages aloud". Yet, they are not read out . Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem ? Volume is set at eth highest level and there is no Bluetooth earpiece in place.

If it is Windows it would be "Narrator"

Clcik Start => Settings => Ease of Use

Narrator is found withing this grouping. Disable.
