Windows 10: a w q o keys on my keyboard are not workin

Some keys on keyboard aren't working. Power off the laptop but it's the same. Anyone can help?

Keyboard keys switched


After the latest windows insider update some keys on my keyboard have changed. For example " is now @ and the opposite as well. Meaning if I want the @ key as in a email address, I must push the " key. I cant seem to find a way to reset to default. The normal keyboard default does nothing. The other changes are listed below, the errors are in bold red;

Function keys won't work w/o hitting Fn key also

So how do I get to BIOS + what do I do when I get there? The keyboard came with the new computer. Not impressed with any of it + especially Windows 10. The function keys clearly have their use listed on the key, but they won't work w/o the Fn key. That's definitely not right.

 

keyboard missing &,a,q,w ? intermittent, not hardware

hi community,

keyboard misses on &,a,q,w (french azertyuiop keyboard, running English lang.display)

it is intermittent. if I hold the key, it eventually gives me the character after LONG delay,

or repeated hits on key. this is not hardware, I think, does the same with external usb k/b

connected. ie: so that's 1,q,a,z on an English keyboard. is this a known bug? a virus? bad

setting in windows? driving me nuts. had same problem on previous laptop, and machine

eventually died. thanks D
