Windows 10: A Warning Popped up on my Microsoft Defender

Hello,A warning popped up on my Microsoft Defender that told me to go into settings and fix the problem. I went into settings, but I don't see where the problem can be fixed.This was the message: I also don't know what it means. Can anyone help? Thanks, Daffy D

Windows Defender - Security Warning

I received a Windows Defender Security Warning. Trojan Spyware Alert - Error Code: #0x268d3. My computer is now locked. The pop-up box says to contact Microsoft immediately for assistance in unlocking. Do not attempt to logout or re-start as this could lead to loss of data or identity theft. Was on hold for 2 hours and phone battery died. Any suggestions on how to unlock without any danger?
