Windows 10: A weird windows installer pop up.

This window pops up once in a while usually after leaving the pc 'untouched' for a while after turning it on. I'll attach a screenshot below of the window, is this something I have to worry about or is it any sign of a malware infection or any kind of corruption to the system files?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

Weird CMD windows popping up

Check Task Scheduler to see if something might have been added to run at any given time.

Can you easily duplicate it?

Are you able to take a screenshot or record a video as @natr0n suggested?

Check Programs and Features to confirm you're aware of all installed software and packages.

Check Event Viewer as @natr0n suggested as well.
