Windows 10: a whole bunch of my keys have been changed and i dont know how

for instance when i press the winodws key it types "z" for some reason and in some games i play it also just changed them as well what do i have to do to fix this?

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

It seems that most of the possible troubleshooting steps has been exhausted. For now we suggest that you change the default format of your microphone. To do this, kindly follow the steps below:

• To do this right click the Sound icon in the bottom right of your screen.
• Then select Recording.
• Double click the Microphone to open Microphone Properties.
• In Microphone Properties window go to Advanced.
• Under the Default Format choose any of the 16 bit options.
• Click Apply, then OK.
