Getting out of the Insider Program

I never completed the insider program step. I would like to get out of it without having to complete it without having to proceed and then having to reinstall Windows 10.

Any suggestions?

 

Looking for: Web Agent & Software dev tools for graphical programs

I am looking for two types of software that are completely unrelated:

1) A web agent that will go to a list of sites, look for and return specific information. Ex: find the latest interest rates for investment certificates.

2) Software packages used to develop programs that allow the user to draw and modify graphical images (block diagrams, lines with textual labels).. The resulting programs should be able to execute under Windows, Linux, and a Mac.

Suggestions are welcome.
