Windows 10: A1B2C3 Can't log in

Discus and support A1B2C3 Can't log in in Windows Hello & Lockscreen to solve the problem; Alright so, my grandma told me that she couldnt log in on her laptop because it said that you have entered the pin wrong several times, define A1B2C3....     A1B2C3 Can't log in


    Alright so, my grandma told me that she couldnt log in on her laptop because it said that you have entered the pin wrong several times, define A1B2C3.


    She doesn't know her challenge phrase and I logged her in my PC so i could change the thing here but nothing happened.

    A1B2C3.... HELP!

    My laptop ask to enter a1b2c3 but nothing happens it won't allow me to enter anything. It's like the keys are stuck or you press the backspace button and the 4 / or you press the number one and the letter Z Pops in the screen I have no idea what's going
    on and earlier I was able to log in the bypass it by going through my McAfee and did a reset but first I saved all my files on an external hard drive then I reset but it's still there. Does anybody has the answer to fix this?

    A1B2C3: I type my password correctly and this popped up, saying that I have to "Enter the challenge phrase" A1B2C3 but when I type the thing this is how it pops up as A!B@C# so how would I fix that? I have switched different keyboards as well still the same thing to this problem....
