    When i play games after some time my laptop stars lagging really bad and the sound is choppy and the images are really uh choppy while moving so thats my first problem my second problem is when i restart my laptop it has already tried my pin i dont know how it just says incorrect pin imidiatlly after restarting and booting up recently i started to get the message that i tried my pin too many times and i have to enter this code A1B1C3 and its really bugging me can anyone help?im guessing my laptop is overheating but i really dont understand how it could already tried to enter pin

    I’m ready to pull my hair out and throw my laptop out the window! It will not let me type in A1B2C3 and every suggestion takes me right back to it! BTW, I never put in the wrong information to begin with! It was fine one day and this the next! Nothing will let me type it in, change password/pin, not even another screen! Ahhhhhh!

    i CAN'T LOG INTO MY LAPTOP. wINDOWS KEEPS SAYING PIN NUMBER IS INCORRECT. iT TELLS ME TO ENTER A1B2C3. WHEN I ENTER THIS NOTHING HAPPENS CAUSE IT STATES THAT A1B2C3 IS AN INCORRECT CHALLENGE PHRASE. I NEED HELP!

    Required to type 'A1B2C3' before entering PIN

    As of a week ago, I have been receiving the error message, "You've entered an incorrect PIN serveral times. To try again enter A1B2C3 below." The problem with that is that I have never entered my PIN incorrectly and am the only one that utilizes my desktop. I have ran malware/virus scans and have turned up zero discrepancies. Additionally, I reinstalled Windows 10 (and activated) a month ago after upgrading my motherboard, processor, and memory. So why is it asking me to enter in this letter/number combination EVERY time despite never having entered in my PIN incorrectly? This is rather annoying and essentially a two-step authentication factor, of sorts, that I did not ask for. Is anyone else experiencing this?
