Windows 10: "Abnormal status reported by Rapid Storage Technology UEFI driver" - after new os and ssd...

my hp laptop crashed after factory reset. repair shop told me os has crashed and bios is not loading. they suggested to upgrade to ssd and they will install os licenced. everything running smooth but this warning appear every time i start laptop. i also get warning from intel optane memory and storage that one of your disk at risk ssd. so can you explain reason of this warning. should i apply warranty on ssd. is it serious?

If you currently have access to the system you can uninstall Quick Storage Technology in the Control Panel.

AVAST did 5 driver updates, I'm not sure if WIndows did an automatic update at that time.
Avast claims that their Driver updater did not cause the ERROR on Start-up: "Abnormal status reported by Rapid Storage Technology UEFI driver"
They say that it is a Microsoft or HP problem.
My file syestem also seems to be broken and I can not open or save to locations I have used recently. I have a HP Laptop 14-dq2xxx

After installing an update that I believe was released today I ran into an issue when my laptop (Alienware x15 r1) wouldn't boot up Windows. On the regular boot up screen a box appeared stating "Abnormal status reported by Rapid Storage Technology UEFI driver" which then ends up with a blue screen with the stop code "IN ACCESSABLE_BOOT_DEVICE". I attempted to resolve the issue using the advanced troubleshooting tools by first trying to uninstall the latest update, and then attempting to restore to a previous state but, but this ended up failing but gave me the error code "0x80070002". I then tried using CNS commands to try and fix the issue, but this did not work but it did state that corrupted files were found. After this I then looked into the BIOS and specifically the Rapid Storage, in which I noticed that a pcie, SSD drive or thing with my storage capacity(I'm not sure what to call it), showed a status of "ERROR OCCURED". I have no idea what to do from here and I'm not really that knowledgeable on how to diagnose and fix this issue.

- I also am wondering if Dell offers any services to take in my device and resolve this specific issue.
