Windows 10: Abort pending Windows 11 upgrade download

Hi, whatever I've tried I cannot stop my non-Insider PC downloading Win 11. I'm not now signed up as an Insider- and I've never had an Insider build on my PC. I did sign up as an Insider temporarily just to try to get a copy of Win 11, then had problems deregistering. Several attempts and re-registering, and I managed to escape. Checking updates manually my non-Insider PC tries to download Win 11. I've reset windows updates (as per tutorial) so SoftwareDistribution\Download is empty and renamed SoftwareDistribution as well. There's no pending.xml in C:\Windows\WinSxS Other than returning to manual Windows Updates, how could I stop Win 11 downloading? Update checks via WU Minitool or the hide/show update tool from MS do not detect the Win 11 update. Thanks! (build 21H1)

Windows authomatic downloads are all pending.

I recently had to reinstall Windows 10. Now my Windows updates all say pending but they are all pending. I have tried all the steps suggested in the community forum all except doing a clean installation. What can I do. I upgraded from Windows 8 several
years back and now I have Windows 8 and Windows 10 downloads. What can I do

LPABORT_TRANSFER won't abort the pending buffer on Endpoint 2

Hi. I am currently developing a device driver for a specific usb device under WinMobile 5.0. I use Endpoint 1 to issue commands and use Endpoint 2 to read/write data from device (via LPISSUE_BULK_TRANSFER). I came up to a problem when I tried to
abort the last transfer I made to Endpoint 2 via LPABORT_TRANSFER . LPABORT_TRANSFER function is described to abort the pending transfer (either synchronously or asynchronously) and it is also stated that any completion function registered when issuing the
transfer will be called when this transfer is aborted. Anyhow, the callback I have registered for the transfer I abort is not called. It seems that the buffer remains queued to Endpoint2.

BTW, the transfer I want to abort is made asynchronously (i.e. using USB_NO_WAIT flag). Can anyone, please, share any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.
