    About 16gb file/photos are missing from my system!!!


    Can someone please help!!!

    I had most important photos which is missing/lost from my windows 10. I tried Recuva, EaseUS, disk drill, but nothing worked. It was back up from my iPhone, unfortunately those photos are not on iCloud since I erased it after uploading photos to my windows 10. Catch here is i have the folder where i saved those photos but the folder is not empty either its filled with different photos but not the one which i saved earlier.

    can someone please share thoughts what this might be or how it can be sloved. it will be really helpful.

    We would like to ask some questions to better assist you with this issue.

    • What is the build and version of your Windows 10?
    • Did you receive any error messages/codes when you tried accessing your photo files?
    • Are you trying to access your photos through File Explorer or Photo app?
    • Did you make any changes prior to the issue?

    Windows Photos app - "It appears that the file was moved or renamed" when scrolling through photos

    Hi,

    There are several reason why this issue occurs. This could be a possible settings issue on Windows Photo app. For the first step resolution, we suggest that you perform a

    System File Checker     to scan and repair a possible missing or corrupted system files.

    You may also try to reset the Windows Photo app by following the steps below:

    • Press windows button + R
    • Type: %appdata%\..\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Photos_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState
    • Delete all the contents of that folder

    Note: If you follow the Windows Photo app reset it will go back to its original state. To avoid missing or corrupted files, we recommend that you backup the files.

    Update us with the outcome so we can provide further assistance.

    thanks again so much for working with me.
    ok. i have completed step 1. and the text notepad is attached. 2nd. Photo gallery is an organizer and all my photos has been backed up to an external drive, if i missed anything it won't bother me much as long as this problem is fixed. 3rd. Iwl new search results 0522.txt didn't have wlarp so i downloaded the one you attached and received this error upon installing which is also attached. Based on these previous steps i didn't go any further as to not create more problems.
