Windows 10: about Birth date setting, unable to log in system.

Hello MS Support Team,Greetings! This is Miya Yin a Chinese user of MS in China.Yesterday, I've registered a MS account for personal use in home, and incorrectly input wrong birth date have input as younger than 14. Now it makes me unable to use any software in system and always pop up a window let me get approval from adults. I didn't realize wrong birth date will bring me such as problem.However, right now I would like to change my profiles and set back birth date as older than 14Y.BTW, I've tried input a MS account that I'm using in the company for daily work. but also failed to pass thro

• When you say ‘Age/date of birth question on setup’, are you talking about the age/date of birth information requested while setting up a Microsoft account?

Change my date of birth on microsoft profile

Hi Alex,

To change the date of birth on your Microsoft Account, you can follow the steps below:

• Sign in to
  Your info on the Microsoft account website.
• Click Edit your personal info.
• Select the correct date of birth, and then select Save.

If the birth date on a Microsoft account says that it belongs to a child, there are different steps to take in regions that regulate what children can do online. You can check this

Correcting incorrect date of birth

Dear NietVan2013,In this case I suggest you try the following;

Sign in with your "child" Windows account;

Go to link:account.microsoft.com and log in with your "child" name;

Click Your Information;

Click Edit Profile Information;

Try changing the date of birth on the account;

If you manage to change the date of birth, log in with the adult account;

Go to: family.microsoft.com

Remove your family group account;
