Windows 10: About Blue screen error

Hey, I just assembled my pc about 3 or 4 months ago. But after 2 or 4 day I found some blue screen error. Nowdays, everytime I turn on my pc I see a blue screen & it restart automatically. I found some information on eventview

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
