Windows 10: About can not downloding app

I purchased an application from the Microsoft Store on a Windows 10 laptop, and I want to download the same application on another Windows 11 device. I have been asked to purchase it again. Why? Application name is Recforth

Downloding of Apps

1. Open the Start menu either by clicking the Start button on the taskbar or pressing Windows logo key on the keyboard.

2. You can find recently installed programs and apps under Recently added list. The list displays up to three recently added apps and programs but you can view all recently added programs and apps by clicking the Expand button.

If the Recently added list is not appearing, it likely because you have turned off the list in Settings app.

Or

1. Open Settings app by clicking its icon in the left-side of the Start menu. The Settings app can also be launched by simultaneously pressing Windows logo and I keys.

2. Once Settings is launched, click System icon.

3. Click Apps & features.

4. Under Apps & features section, select Sort by install date option from the drop-down menu to view all recently installed programs and apps. The list also shows install date for each and every program/app in the list.

To see a full list of your apps, select Start and scroll through the alphabetical list. Some apps are in folders within the app list

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

can not downlod from store

Last 1week ago i buy MS lumia 650 ...

My problem is whan i go in store 4 downlod.... Apps,s main page open but.... It show loading & loading ....no option show 4 downlod

however apps free or not both ....memory now 5GB left
