Windows 10: ABOUT ISUSPM PROCESS?

Hi! I Found a procces in my laptop

tittle procces ABOUT ISUSPM

I think this program control my connection or network in my laptop, example

if me end this procces I can't acces all web, and if this procces, on I can't change setting my internet connection...

so what it is? ISUSPM?

ISUSPM taking a high network usage

i have this process "ISUSPM" running and its taking a high network usage and if i end the process the internet stop working and when try to reach any site the browser gives an error saying there is no internet connection check proxy sitting....what can i
do to kill the process "ISUSPM" without losing my internet connection
