Windows 10: About kernel power error

When I'm playing games like EA FC 24 or PUBG, after 10-15 mins computer always freeze and stay like that forever until i reset the computer from the power button. What fault symptoms have you experienced? I'm still not able to turn off "Fast Startup". Until I can do that I can't follow your advice by posting a new topic.
