  1. About Local Disk C Capacity.

    Hi!

I have a laptop with Windows 10, which has a 128GB SSD as the system drive. It shows its capacity as 119GB That's ok. But, the total size of drive “C" shows as 100GB. In the “Disk Management Window”, it shows that the SSD has divided into 5 parts and there are three “Recovery partitions 1.06GB, 1.55GB, 14.93GB” have been created. In the "Settings -> System -> Storage menu", it shows that 57GB out of 119GB as the "used space" on "C" drive. including the missed 19GB space.

My question is, why it takes such a big capacity 14.93GB for a “Recovery partition” and what’s the importance of those “recovery partitions”?

Should I maintain 10%-20% of free space in “C” drive yet Or can I use 100% of “C” drive space without making the system unstable?
