Windows 10: About mouse and keyboard replacement

Hello, Microsoft staff.I use 2 microsoft keyboard sets. Model No is Wireless 900 Desktop 1738,1737,1461. I use three microsoft keyboard sets. Model No is Wireless 900 Desktop 1738,1737,1461 and Wireless 850 Desktop 1455, 1454, 1461.These are working unstable. 1. Receiver : No perceived in PC2. Mouse : Unstable motion3. Keyboard : No response to receiverWe bought them in 1 year.I want to replace them to other ones.Please let me know the replace process including delivery codes and requirements' documents.Thank you.

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10

One reason why your mouse and keyboard is not working is because of an outdated driver. We suggest that you update the mouse and keyboard driver by following the steps below:

• Pres Windows+X key on your keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
• Locate the mouse and keyboard drivers, right click, then click on Update.

• Have you tried using a different keyboard and mouse? If yes, how was it?
• Have you tried using your keyboard and mouse to another computer? If yes, what is the result?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Replacing intellitype in MS Mouse and Keyboard Center

Hi Hans,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

To have a better clarity on the issue and guide you accordingly, kindly help us with the following information.

• Which version of Windows is installed on the machine?

(Search winver from the Start menu to know the same)

• Does your new Precision Mouse not work on IntelliPoint 7.0?

You may want to download
IntelliPoint 7.0 Mouse Software for Windows x64 and see if the mouse works fine. If it does, you may use the keyboard and mouse using the same. If it doesn't, I would suggest
you to upgrade your keyboard as it is no longer supported with newer versions of MS Keyboard and Mouse Centre.
