Windows 10: about my laptop error code 28

i have a hp dv6-7030tx i recently re installed the windows but it shows the error code 28.

i tried updating it but it fails it shows the location of the component on Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System how can i fix that ?


and in my laptop the wireless network card is Broadcom 802.11n what type of port it has like pci mini pci ?

what card can i upgrade it to support 5gh wifis

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

Before i did all in place upgrade the previous it works fine except the windows got so many corrupt updates
but after i did upgrade win10 build i got this problem error 28
so it means that the missing driver is because the driver is not compatible with this windows version?

so i dont think step 5 in the link will the problem? because the hardware works fine in the previous windows version/build
already did step 1 to reboot but the problem still exist
and for step 4 i already check win update but no result,did searching but didnt found the patch/pack to solve this problem

as for step 2 and 3, i hope you can guide me how to find the driver. im tootaly noob here. i dont even the function of each driver that i downloaded. is it intel chippset driver that cause this problem?

^the problem, everytime i plug a device on the usb hub, it will appear on the unknown device

Kindly tell me about error code 28? When I connect my smartphone [REACH ALLURE ULTRA] to laptop on data cable, instead of auto connect ,it show an error code 28.How can I solve this issue and what software have to install to solve this?

Error code 28 indicates that the drivers for that device are not installed. I suggest you to try the below given method and check if issue is resolved.

Method 1:

I suggest you to restore the drivers to previous version by rolling back. To restore a driver to its previous version, kindly follow the below given steps.

You must be logged on as an administrator to perform these steps.

• Press Windows key + Xand then click on
  Device Manager. ‌
  
• Double-click the category containing your device driver, and then double-click the name of the device that you want to restore to a previous driver version.
• Click the Driver tab, and then click
  Roll Back Driver.

If you are logged on as a standard user, the button will be dimmed, which means it's unavailable. You must be logged on as an administrator to roll back a driver.

Method 2:

If there no internet connection, I suggest you to download the Ethernet and Network adaptor driver setup file
from the manufacturer’s website using other PC and install it. Double click on the driver setup file and install it and check if internet start working.
