Windows 10: About not working in System Settings

I'm trying to use the instructions below. When I click on About, the Settings window closes. I have tried several times, it closes every time. I cannot get to step 4. (I have Windows 10.)


Change Windows 10 computer name via Settings

1. Open Start menu, click Settings icon to open Settings app.
2. At the home page of Settings app, click System icon.
3. Click About to see various information about your PC and Windows 10,...
4. Click the Rename PC button to launch Rename your PC dialog.

Programs not working


In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
