Windows 10: About startup

I'm Using an ASUS Laptop with Windows 10 and i3 processer . I'm facing a irritating issue that after restart the taskbar loads very slowly and even the cursor doesn't move from it's place . This happens 2-3 mins then the screen refreshes and everything works. I have done sfc ,checked startup apps nothing happened then i did reset my pc ,after that it worked properly but now after some days the same thing is happening . What could be the possible reason and what shall i do to resolve this?

Thank you for posting your reply.

I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps below.

• In the Lock screen, press/hold the shift key and click on power icon>restart.
• Click on Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup Repair and follow the prompts to start the Startup Repair.

After the Startup Repair is complete, check for the status.

Adding programs to startup with Windows 7?

You could add entries to the registry to launch the apps on startup, but it's easier to just add them to the startup foler as Newt suggested.
