    Hi Microsoft I've ro say that from past 3 windows update i am suffering from black screen in my i5 HP laptop and this was okay because after BIOS update everything become okay but after last update my microsoft apps like store, weather , photos , videos,etc are not opening and when I am opening my laptop its coming "We’re updating Intel® Graphics Command Center. It should be ready to use again shortly" and then my wifi and eternets which has 100mb/s speed are showing no internet and then when i am giving hotspot from my mobile it connects. Please help me and give me a solution for it.

    Miracast Black Margins in Display with new Intel Graphics Command Center

    At some point in the past, Intel thought it would be a good idea to add black margins to all output over miracast. And for the past year or so, the solution has been to open Intel HD Graphics Control Panel and disable it (as shown here; Microsoft Wireless Display: black border around image (screen image is scaled down) )

    However, with Intel's new UWP app Intel Graphics Command Center coming with the new drivers, this option isn't presented anymore, in the UWP app or the old software. Is there any way to manually turn off this useless downscaling?
