Windows 10: About Two Screen Setups

Hi folks. Windows 10 used to have a bug where if you have two screens with different Hz speeds (I.e one 144hz and one 60hz), and you had YouTube or twitch on your second screen, your main screen game in Borderless Windowed mode would stutter. I heard that Microsoft has apparently finally fixed this bug a few months ago. Can anyone with the latest Windows 10 update(s) please confirm if it has actually been fixed or not? I especially had a problem with Path I’d Exile and G-Sync stuttering with two different screens.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Double Monitor Setup is not connecting

Hi Yuri,

To setup dual monitors, I suggest you to press Windows + P keys
and select Extend or the required option and check for status. If you are still unable to setup dual monitor, suggest you to update the Display Adapter driver by following the steps provided below and check for status.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.
