Windows 10: about user migration

hello everyone. I want to migrate to another Windows account but I don't want to lose files. I want to delete my current user and change to a new one due to incompatibilities of this user with a program. Am I going to lose my files? Do I have to move them manually? Is there a quick way to do it?

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.
