Windows 10: About win10 update

Today I update win10 monthly update after updating and restart pc .I got these 2 messages .I press opT-out of backup.Then I got a new messages backup is recommended and i press skip for now .my question did I do wrong thing or its ok to refused to continue this .My second question I did camulative update windows for this month . And I saw it downloading after finished downloading , start installing after reach 100% it's start again installing After reach 100% and finished it asked about restarting pc is that normall to do twice installing ?

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

Which Windows updates in 8.1 where the gateway to installing Win10? I've ALWAYS had update as a "check but let me decide" basis however I woke up to this.



With a bunch more (even AMD 7900 drivers, like wtf)

I'm trying to avoid the Win10 shitfest but good lord what has Microsoft done.
